All chemicals and products are dispensed directly from our UK, US and Europe-based warehouses in accordance with cold-chain transportation. It is packed by a dispenser in discreet packaging using the correct insulated materials to ensure it reaches you in the perfect state and correct temperature range. It is shipped to your given address using a tracked service for next-day delivery, or for NI and Channel Isles tracked two-day delivery.
We aim to approve and dispatch your order within 24 hours of placing the order. This does not include weekends or bank holidays. To comply with cold-chain requirement, orders are shipped Monday to Thursday in order to reach you within 24-48 hours. For example, if you place an order on Thursday 12pm, it may be dispatched on Monday the following week and delivered to you on Tuesday.
International Orders
- We do currently accept international orders.
- You are able to place an order with us if your delivery address is outside of the US .
Tracking Your Order
All orders are dispatched via Airway Delivery, USPS, UPS or FedEx. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notifying you of the order update which will contain your tracking number.

If you have not received your order
If you have not received your items within the expected delivery timeframe, there are a few things you should do:
- Firstly, login to your account to see the status of your order
- Use the tracking number we have supplied to find the status of your order on the Airway Delivery website
- If you live or work in a communal building, check to see if your parcel has been delivered to the reception or office
- If you were out when the item was due to be delivered check to see if the delivery driver has left you a card or left the item with a neighbour
If you have tried the above and are still unable to locate your parcel then please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
Please note that we cannot make a claim for a lost or incorrectly delivered item until 15 working days have elapsed from the postage date. In the rare case a parcel does not arrive in the delivery period expected we will not be able to re-dispatch or refund an order until the 15 day period has passed.
Orders will have to be signed for, so please ensure someone is at your given shipping address to receive the order on the day of delivery. Liquid Ecstasy Shop will not be liable for any replacements due to missed deliveries. If your parcel is returned back to us due to repeated missed delivery attempts, we will not issue a replacement or refund.
